General Questions

All goods supplied by MS Storage are manufactured in the U.K

We don’t have a central showroom but we would be delighted to show you a recent project or installation in an area near you.  If you wish to take a look at our work in more detail please contact our sales office to arrange a site visit.

We take security seriously.  Your details will never be passed on by us to a third party.  MS Storage are accredited to Cyber Essentials – the UK Government information assurance scheme

We welcome enquiries from overseas and can supply and ship goods anywhere in the world – more than that, we offer a complete service from order to install, providing consultancy and installation if required.

We have a proven history of working well with third party distributors – we provide a complete supply, install and aftersales service and are happy to work under your brand identity if so required.

Pre Sale Questions

Yes – we have an experienced technical sales team who can conduct a comprehensive on site survey to establish the exact project requirements.

Yes – we are happy to work from architect / client drawings to provide a suggested layout for the goods required.  We can also provide unique layouts based on our initial site survey findings.

Ordering & Payment Questions

Standard practice for new customers is to ask for pro-forma payment for the first order, however we do treat each client on an individual basis.  Please contact our accounts department to discuss your order in more detail by emailing or calling 01625 874220

Yes we take credit card payments (with the exception of American Express).  Terms and conditions may apply.

Delivery & Installation Questions

Yes we can deliver outside of the UK – additional charges may apply

Yes we are able to offer a dedicated delivery service and provide time specific deliveries.    Additional charges may apply.

Yes we offer out of hours installation and delivery service.

No – we are able to offer installation on all our products regardless of order value.  Additional charges may apply

Aftercare, Servicing & Maintenance Questions

All products come with a standard 12 month manufacturer warranty.  Certain product ranges carry longer warranties – please contact our sales department for specific range information.

We can provide operation and maintenance information for all our products upon request which includes COSHH data / Cleaning and Care of product

We can provide a product maintenance service for our goods – please contact our sales department to discuss your requirements.

We offer a PUWER inspection on our shelving systems – an annual inspection service can be arranged.  Prices may vary according to size and nature of the goods on site.
