How do I care for / clean my products?
Operational and maintenance documents are available for all our products, copies of which are available upon request.
Are the products guaranteed?
MS Storage products have a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover customer mis-use or abuse.
Do you have a design service?
MS Storage has an in-house design team that will create detailed drawings and layouts to provide you with the best storage solutions possible. We also offer on-site survey and consultation to ensure that we have fully understood your requirements. CAD drawings provided are subject to copyright.
Do you offer a service contract?
MS Storage can offer annual service contracts on all purchased goods. Price is subject to nature of installation / goods delivered. Please contact our sales support team to discuss your specific requirements.
When will my products be delivered?
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming the estimated delivery date. Orders that require special delivery or installation will be confirmed by telephone.
What if there is a problem with my delivery ?
Whilst we don’t envisage you will have any problems with your delivery / order, we do acknowledge that from time to time things can go wrong. For late deliveries, please contact our sales support team, they will be able to update you on the progress of your delivery.
Should any item of your consignment be incorrect or damaged, please notify our sales support team straight away. You should also make a record of the discrepancy on the delivery note that you will be asked to sign upon receiving goods – this helps us identify the exact nature of the problem as soon as it occurs.
Do your drivers off load and deliver goods inside premises?
Our drivers are not insured to place goods inside buildings, they only off load goods from the back of the vehicle. Arrangements should be in place to accept goods and install them into your own premises. MS Storage do offer an installation service at additional cost should you require this facility – please contact our sales office to discuss your requirements in further detail.
Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?
Our standard delivery service is to the mainland UK, however subject to nature of order we are able to offer other delivery options at additional cost.
Do you have an installation service?
MS Storage has a number of installations teams throughout the UK, should you require this service please make in known at the time of placing your order. We have dedicated installations teams for lockers, shelving and cloakroom seating. A delivery and installation date will then be confirmed by telephone.

Return of Goods
As we do not hold stocked items, all of our products are manufactured according to your order, therefore we are unable to accept back incorrectly ordered items. You will receive an order acknowledgement from us which should be checked carefully to ensure what you have ordered is what you require.
